With nearly 30 years experience in the technology market, Adam has held a range of senior management positions. For the past three years he served as managing director at Weld North where he oversaw and guided a variety of Weld’s portfolio companies to enhance their use of social, mobile, analytical and cloud technologies to enhance operational performance and growth. Prior to Weld North, Adam served as general manager and managing partner for IBM where he oversaw key business service units including Business Analytics and Optimization, eCommerce, Interactive Agency, and Technology. Adam joined IBM in 2002 through the acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting where he established and led the industry’s first, top-rated practice dedicated to customer relationship management. Adam graduated with a B.A. from the University of Hartford and a M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Woody Dillaha co-founded the original Performance Matters with James Waters in 2003. Under his leadership, Performance Matters established a culture of technical innovation and a passion for education. His vision has established Performance Matters as a leader in the K-12 education market and has been the catalyst for the sustained growth and profitability of the company. Woody is well known and respected within the education community as a thought leader in the use of sophisticated analysis systems to inform education decisions. Prior to Performance Matters, Woody worked in the business intelligence tools market. Woody graduated with a B.S. from the University of Central Florida.

Jeanette Haren founded Truenorthlogic in 2000 and has spent the last 16 years working directly with leading school districts across the country to define and develop professional growth systems to meet K-12 specific needs. Under Jeanette’s leadership, Truenorthlogic created a one-of-a-kind comprehensive approach to support the cycle of continuous educator improvement and its connection to student achievement. She has decades of experience leading teams in the design, implementation and deployment of education software. Prior to Truenorthlogic, Jeanette was director of product architecture at Campus Pipeline and software development manager at Utah Education Network. Jeanette graduated with a B.S. from the University of Utah.

James Waters co-founded Performance Matters with Woody Dillaha in 2003. As principal architect of the student assessment and analytics systems, James is the company’s leading expert on the technology platform and the company’s technical operations. James’ vision and leadership is the foundation for the sustained accolades received for the products’ unique combination of power and ease of use. Prior to Performance Matters, James focused most of his career as a consultant and sales engineer for business intelligence tools – marrying complex business requirements with technical realities specific to the K-12 market. James graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of West Florida.
